The road to your roadshow

Six stages, one team.

In-house fair, showroom, product launch, recruiting or training: there is hardly a format we have not yet put on the road. For it to work, goal, vehicle, fit-out and route have to fit together. That is why we handle all of it, and you work with one team that knows the whole route.

Stage 01Consulting and concept

The plan comes before the truck.

Together we work out who the tour should reach, where, and on what budget. The result is a concept for vehicle, design, route and logistics, built on what we learned in more than 850 projects.

  • Audience and setting

Who you want to reach, in which places, over what period.

  • Goals and KPIs

We define KPIs and tell you plainly what your budget can achieve.

  • Vehicle and technology

Which truck fits, and how design, function and technology work together.

  • Route and logistics

A route that leads straight to your audience, and logistics without needless cost.

First reply within two working days: a vehicle proposal and a guide price.

Stage 02Vehicle

Rent, lease or buy.

The right model depends on how long the truck will be on the road for you. Together we choose the option that pays off for your plan, and the vehicle that suits your format and audience.

  1. For single campaigns

    Full-service rental

Maintenance and insurance included. A truck manager drives and looks after the vehicle.

  2. For multi-year use

    Leasing

A vehicle of your own for your brand over several years, without buying it.

  3. For multi-year use

    Purchase

The vehicle is yours. MOST can still run it and handle the tours.

Step inside before you decide.

No floor plan conveys how a space feels. In our showroom in Fürth you can walk through every model and see how it works on visitors.

Stage 03Design and fit-out

Your brand, inside and out.

We design wrapping, interior and technology to your brief and build them in our own hall in Fürth. You see the truck in 3D before it is built.

  • Wrapping

The outside becomes an advertising surface people recognise from afar.

  • Interior

Showroom, training room, lounge or studio, planned around your goals.

  • Technology on board

Screens, audio, lighting, climate control and power, depending on vehicle and use.

  • Materials and budget

High-quality materials, matched to what your budget allows.

Stage 04Truck and tour management

You meet the customers. We take care of the rest.

Project managers and dispatchers plan route and schedule and brief the truck manager, who drives your vehicle whenever and wherever you need it: Munich today, Milan tomorrow. On request we coordinate tours across Europe.

  • Tour plan and dispatch

Dates, route and daily schedule are planned by our project managers and dispatchers.

  • Truck manager at the wheel

Trained for roadshows: drives, sets up and packs down safely, keeps the truck clean.

  • Trained on your products

On request, truck managers learn your products and wear your team clothing.

  • Same standards everywhere

Consistent procedures for setup and events, on tour and at trade fairs.

You do not need your own driver and operations team. MOST runs the vehicle for you.

Stage 05Content and social media

Your tour also reaches people who never stop by.

On request we follow your roadshow with a camera from the first day of its making. You get material for your own channels and reach the people who cannot be there.

  • Interviews
  • Photos
  • Social media clips

Stage 06Reporting and review

You always know where the tour stands.

Tour schedule, visitor numbers and costs are in the online dashboard. After the final stop we measure the result against the goals set in the concept, and the truck returns to Fürth.

  • Online dashboard

Tour plan, dates and costs at a glance while the campaign runs.

  • Reporting

Visitor numbers across the whole campaign, not just at the end.

  • Performance review

At the end, we compare the result with the KPIs from the concept.

Questions and answers

What people ask before their first tour.

Your question is not here? Give us a call or send us a few lines about your plans.

What does a promotion truck cost?

It depends on the vehicle, duration, fit-out and tour, so there is no price list. After your enquiry you receive a vehicle proposal with a budget price within two working days. For comparison: for the budget of a three-day trade fair you can be on the road with MOST for up to three months, right where your customers are.

Rent, lease or buy?

Every vehicle family is available in all three forms. Rental is full service with maintenance, insurance and truck manager and suits individual campaigns. Leasing or buying pays off for use over several years.

How much lead time does a tour need?

Mainly it depends on whether a fleet vehicle with your wrap is enough or whether the interior is built new. Tell us your preferred period in the enquiry and the vehicle proposal will say whether it can be met.

Who takes care of sites and permits?

Project managers and dispatchers at MOST draw up the tour and schedule and brief the truck manager on every location. Which permits a site needs, for example in public squares, we clarify with you during tour planning.

Who drives the truck? Do I need a truck licence?

No. A trained truck manager from MOST drives the vehicle, sets it up, takes it down and keeps it clean. On request he is also trained on your products. Smaller vehicles such as the EXPOSER and FUTURIA Boxx stay under 3.5 tonnes and can be driven on a category B licence.

How long does set-up take on site?

Between five minutes and a few hours, depending on the vehicle. The EXPOSER and FUTURIA Boxx are ready in five minutes, the SPACE 3 in under 30 minutes, the GIANT in about an hour. The large SPACE 1 installation with 210 m² takes around five hours. Each vehicle page lists the value.

Where does the power come from?

Most vehicles can be fitted with an onboard generator, from about 2.6 kW on the EXPOSER to 25 kW on the GIANT. How much power your equipment on board needs is settled in the concept.

How does my brand get onto the truck?

Wrap, lighting and fit-out are first designed in 3D, so you see your truck before it is built. MOST produces the wrap and the interior on its own site in Fürth. The interior is built new for every tour, whether lounge, training room, studio or stage.

Do the trucks travel abroad?

Yes. The vehicles tour all over Europe: MACO was on the road across Europe for eleven months, ZEISS Dental in five countries, BMW ran a roadshow in Greece. MOST handles the tour plan and logistics across borders.

Who looks after the tour on site?

The MOST truck manager stays with the whole tour: drives, sets up, supports your team and takes everything down again. You follow the tour plan, visitor numbers and costs in the online dashboard. Beforehand you can see every model in the showroom in Fürth.
