Visiting the site

This site runs on a server we operate ourselves, located in a data centre of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. When you open a page, the server processes the technically required data: IP address, time, requested address and browser identifier. This is necessary to deliver the site and to fend off attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The connection is encrypted. Fonts, images, videos and 3D models come from our own server; no content is loaded from third-party servers.

Cookies

We set a single cookie, and only when you switch the language: “sprache” remembers German or English for one year. It serves display purposes only and contains no personal identifier (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). No consent prompt is required for it.

Audience measurement

To see which pages are read, we use analyticspolar. The service works without cookies and stores nothing on your device. It receives the page address, the referring page and the screen resolution; the IP address and browser identifier are used to derive the country of origin and an identifier that changes daily and groups repeat views on the same day. The IP address itself is not stored. No profile is built across several days or across other websites. The evaluation is statistical, the servers are located in Germany, and the provider processes the data on our behalf. The basis is our interest in a site that meets visitors’ needs (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). You can object at any time; a short message to us is enough.

Enquiry form

When you send an enquiry, we store your details (name, company, email, phone, selected vehicle, message and, if you attach your own design, the image) in our database and forward them by email to our sales team. For email we use Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) under a data processing agreement. We use the details to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, otherwise (f)). We delete them once the enquiry is settled and no statutory retention periods apply.

Booking an appointment

Appointments are booked through our own system at termin.most.cloud, not through a third-party booking service. We process your name, email, phone, your topic and the chosen time. The appointment is entered in the Microsoft 365 calendar of the responsible member of staff; if you choose a video call, you receive a Microsoft Teams invitation. The basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Contact by email or phone

If you write to us or call, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them afterwards unless retention periods apply.

Links to other sites

We link to other services such as roadshow-experts.de, apexstop.com and roadshow-manager.com. Their own privacy notices apply only once you follow such a link.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. A message to the address above is sufficient.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
