Your customers book their own appointment.
APEXSTOP turns every roadshow into its own microsite, with your logo, your colour and your own domain or subdomain. Visitors see the dates, pick a free slot and register. The confirmation goes to your team and to the visitor.
Two ways to book
Mode 1
Fixed stops
The tour stops at set places and dates. Each stop has a limited number of places. Once it is full, further visitors go on the waiting list.
Mode 2
The truck comes to the customer
Instead of fixed stops there are regions with time windows. Customers enter their address, APEXSTOP assigns the region, and they book an exclusive half day: one company per slot.
Your look
Logo, colour and your own domain. APEXSTOP stays in the background, your tour is in front.
German and English
The microsite is multilingual, visitors choose their language.
Confirmation for both sides
Every booking goes to your team and, as a confirmation, to the visitor.
Waiting list
When a stop is fully booked, the waiting list takes further registrations.

Large tours can be split into regional sections. Each region can open for booking on its own date.

Case study · Syntegon
Annex 1 Roadshow: the truck drives to pharma customers.
- Task
- Syntegon wants to show pharmaceutical manufacturers across Europe how to meet the requirements of Annex 1, with live demonstrations and conversations with experts. The truck should drive straight to the customers, and each visit belongs to one company.
- Solution
- MOST set up the tour with APEXSTOP in “truck to the customer” mode. The microsite runs on its own domain in Syntegon’s look, in English with German as a second language. Customers enter their company and address, see when the roadshow is in their region and book an exclusive half day.
- Result
- A tour through 36 regions, from September 2026 to April 2027. The 19 regions from January 2027, starting with the Netherlands on 11 January 2027, have their own booking start: they open for booking on 15 October 2026.

Yes. In the Roadshow Manager, the online tool from MOST, you see the tour plan, routes and dates, and the current status in the dashboard. Photos, videos and documents from the tour are kept in the media and document centre. You decide who on your team gets a login. More on the Apps page.
